Details & Policies
To ensure complete transparency and a seamless planning process, here are the essential details regarding your venue rental.
Venue Access & Rental Time
Every package includes an 8-hour total rental block. This is structured to give you 2 hours for setup, 4 hours for your event, and 2 hours for clean-up.
Catering & Outside Vendors
Outside caterers and vendors are always welcome. We require a signed liability and release agreement, and all vendors are subject to standard venue policies.
Decor & Enhancements
Standard centerpieces are included with your rental, but you are completely free to bring your own decor to personalize the space and make it your own.
Security & Deposits
To secure your date, a security deposit of $500 is due at booking. This increases to $1,000 if you choose to bring in outside vendors. Additionally, a $300 security fee is required for any celebration that exceeds 100 guests.
